Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop
Robotic vacuum cleaners and mops are a great method to quickly clean up messes. The top robot vacuums and mops I tested had excellent navigation and mapping. They sucked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were strung up.
You can also schedule cleaning chores using an app and track their progress.
1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra
If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop with bleeding-edge features take a look at the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This model of the highest quality is swift and agile and can pick up dirt such as hair from pets and human hair with a near perfect accuracy in our Debris Pickup Test. It also has a smart-looking app interface with a mini map of your house and a few buttons on the screen for manual control.
Another notable characteristic of the S8 is its ability to change its cleaning mode in accordance with dirt levels thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will wash its mopping pads more often when it comes across dust. Carpeted areas are given the first priority when mopping with a damp mopping pad.
It's got a host of other innovative features as well, including a different dock that connects to your plumbing to clean and wash the mop roller without needing you to manually refill it. With the built-in voice assistant of the S8 you can make use of voice commands to set rooms cleaning options and granular control using only your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube
If you're looking to buy a hands-free robot vacuum that has mopping capabilities the Yeedi Cube is one of the more versatile choices. It's part of a plethora of robot vacuums with combo features that also include mops but is priced at a lower cost than most of the competition.
Like all robovacs, the Yeedi Cube also requires some work to get started. This involves setting up an app account and connecting the device to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though the robot is able to begin vacuuming and mopping with ease.
It's important to note that mapping takes a while, and it may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. Additionally the object detection is hit or miss It was able to skim over furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to turn it over to get free. But these are minor flaws and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those who want an all-in-one cleaner.
3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete
The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping uses a rotating motion that is similar to hand scrubbers. This means that floors are cleaned and not just cleaned. And its detachable stick vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach areas that robotic vacuums aren't able to reach.
This model is nearly identical to the well-known X2 Omni but with a slightly higher suction power of 8,700Pa and a few additional smart features. The RGBD sensor upgrade is able to learn your home and offer the ability to avoid obstacles in a dynamic manner. The smart app lets you customize various settings that include scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.
The X2 Combo is also self-prepping by having both the robot vacuum and mop returning to their charging base after each job to wash their pads, empty their dust bins and put the waste in the self-sealing bags. This keeps the system tidy and stops allergens from circulating. Its battery lifespan is long enough to cover large areas without needing a recharge mid-clean.
4. Eufy S1 Pro
As one of the more expensive robot vacuum and mop models, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for the price. It features an impressive 8,000 Pa suction, a rotating floor brush for carpets and an excellent obstacle avoidance. It also features an innovative mopping technique that uses a roller constantly sprayed with water to collect dirt and then deposit it in the water tank.
Its navigation technology performed well and was able to navigate close to walls without falling and avoiding steps. It had trouble with small particles and did not always clear the thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise is also relatively high, so it may be a less reliable set-and-forget model than others.
As with most robotic vacuums and mops, the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you replenish its clean water and empty its dust bin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easy and allows the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors according to a routine schedule. Eufy's app allows you to control all its functions. It gives a clear overview with plenty of configuration options.
5. Freo X Ultra
The Freo X Ultra is one of the most premium robot vacuums/mowers available, and it provides impressive mixed vacuuming and mopping performance. Its LIDAR mapping sensor is able to recognize furniture legs and other obstacles with good precision. The app allows users to fine-tune map coverage, set zones that are not allowed to enter, and set cleaning preferences. The Freo's roller brush was designed to prevent hair from wrapping itself around it. This is an issue for many robotic vacuums.
The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mop heads that spin at 180 RPM and apply up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system has intelligent carpet detectors, which lift these pads up when they're near soft surfaces to keep them from getting contaminated.
The docking station that is all-in-one functions as a hands-free center for maintenance which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops before refilling them with detergent and water. The base station also comes with integrated dust processing that compacts dust over 7 weeks of uninterrupted operation, unlike conventional robot vacuums which empty their dust bins every time they are empty.
6. S10
This robot is a few hundred dollars less expensive than the S8 and does a fantastic job of keeping my office clean. My Source is also able to reach all corners of my small apartment. It utilizes a laser mapping and camera to create a 3D map of your home so it knows what to stay clear of. My Source has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like dog bowls and toys (but not the poop), unlike many vacuums.
Other amazing features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and a side-reaching mops that can reach areas that other mops cannot reach. You can also adjust the settings for each room and create cleaning schedules.
Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. And, if you want to cut down on time, it can avoid mopping rooms that aren't dirty. If you have several types of flooring in your house and don't wish to spend additional money for a Roborock that has advanced mapping features it is a great option.
7. Q5 Pro
If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to messy messes that are wet, this robot is a good option. It has a range of features such as a self-emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It's surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It's unable to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug, and its battery drains faster than other models we've test.
The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that comes with a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It wasn't as efficient as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our tests for vacuuming however, it performed quite well. It comes with a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the low-power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the more powerful 'Turbo mode' for carpeted areas. robot vacuum cleaner can even automate the removal and reattachment of mop pads without causing your carpets wet.
8. K10 Plus
The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum cleaner that can be used in smaller areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy and is a great choice for maneuvering around tight spaces. It is also very good in removing pet hair from carpeting.
It's smaller than its rivals, but doesn't sacrifice any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take a photo of each object it comes across (i.e. chew toys, socks) and mark them as 'not found' in the app so that they don't get taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are secure and not linked to your account.
It is capable of vaccuming, but it isn't quite as efficient at mopping. It uses disposable wet wipes that you clip to the bottom of the bot and it basically drags them across your floor. Compare this with the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
